When I would like to eat something sweet but we don't have any cookies or granola bars at home and I would like to eat something sweet and healthy then I bake this cookie.
This cookie is so simple, easy to make and so delicious and last but not least it is a healthy cookie.
The original recipe says: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies. I use peanut or sunflower seeds instead of chocolate chips. But if you want you can use chocolate chips of course and sunflower seeds also or anything.
Ingredients:
2 medium ripe Bananas, mashed
1 cup of uncooked Quick Oats (certified gluten-free if necessary)
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (certified gluten-free if necessary)
My version is 1/4 cup sunflower seeds instead of chocolate chips :)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray or use a non-stick silicone baking sheet.
Combine the mashed bananas, sunflower seeds and oats (or with chocolate chips or with chocolate chips and sunflower seeds together) in a bowl.
mashed bananas
bananas + oats + sunflower seeds
after mixing :) This is ugly but yammi :)
Place a tabelspoon of each on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
